Your ceremony is not the place to improvise. This package is designed for couples who want to walk into their wedding day knowing exactly how everything will flow and knowing someone experienced is guiding it.
From our first conversation, we take the lead. We learn how you met, what matters most to you, and the tone you want for your ceremony. Then we write a ceremony that sounds natural, feels personal, and fits your day without dragging or feeling rushed.
The rehearsal is where clarity replaces guesswork. We walk everyone through where to stand, when to move, and what to expect so there are no questions left for the wedding day. This is where nerves settle, timing becomes clear, and awkward moments are eliminated before guests ever arrive.
On the wedding day, we arrive early, coordinate with your vendors, guide the ceremony from start to finish, and handle the legal filing afterward. You focus on being present. We handle the rest.
This option is ideal for couples who want confidence, structure, and a calm ceremony that feels effortless from the outside.

For couples planning a smaller or more straightforward celebration, this package keeps things simple without sacrificing care or quality.
You will still receive a personalized ceremony written specifically for you, unlimited communication leading up to the wedding, and full guidance on the wedding day itself. We arrive early, connect with your vendors, and lead the ceremony so it flows smoothly and feels natural.
The difference is that there is no separate rehearsal. Everything is handled on the wedding day. This option works best for couples with a simple processional, a small wedding party, or a venue that is already very familiar with ceremonies.
If you want a clean, meaningful ceremony led with confidence and no unnecessary extras, this option keeps things streamlined and stress-free.
Discounts and Travel Policy:
We proudly offer a 20% discount to active and Veteran military couples as a token of appreciation for those who serve or have served. While we primarily serve the Louisville area, we're happy to discuss options for ceremonies beyond a 30-minute radius. If your venue is farther away, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can explore possible solutions.
Travel Fees Beyond 30 Minutes
We’re delighted to serve couples all across Louisville and Southern Indiana, including Jeffersonville, New Albany, Corydon, Elizabethtown, and Shepherdsville. Since these areas are typically within our standard service range, there’s no travel fee, making it even easier for us to be there for you!
For weddings held farther from Louisville and Southern Indiana, a travel fee may apply. Since every venue, route, and schedule is unique, we determine this on a case-by-case basis rather than using a fixed cost. This approach helps us stay fair and adaptable for each couple.
If your ceremony or rehearsal requires extra travel, we’ll gladly share the specific fee with you before you book. Rehearsals at the same location as the wedding, the travel considerations are the same for the second trip!
