The Collaborative Wedding Ceremony Process

Kickoff Meeting

During our initial meeting, we will get to know each other and discuss your ceremony's vision. You will share your ideas and hopes for the day, and we will guide you through how we can bring that vision to life. By the end of the conversation, we will determine if we are the right fit to work together.

The Elopement Overview

If you decide to move forward, you will sign a service agreement and pay a retainer to reserve your date. Once everything is confirmed, we will start planning with a comprehensive overview of your elopement. Our team will guide you through the entire process, including obtaining your marriage license and preparing for your ceremony. All planning can be done virtually or in person, depending on your location and preferences.

Getting to Know You

To create a ceremony that reflects your relationship, we invite you to complete a few thoughtful assignments. These help us learn about your story, values, and preferences. Every detail we gather enables us to tailor your ceremony in a way that feels personal, natural, and true to you.

Your Vows

The Ceremony

Your Wedding License

We manage every aspect of the legal process with care and precision. From assisting you in completing your marriage license accurately to submitting it promptly to the appropriate county or state office, we ensure that everything is handled properly and on time.

The Follow Up

After the celebration, we follow up on any remaining details. This includes providing you with copies of important paperwork and offering thoughtful keepsakes, such as a printed version of your ceremony or vows. We also welcome any feedback you may have so that we can continue to serve couples with excellence and care.
